A cash offer is one possible outcome Eddy may help you evaluate. Ready Realty does not represent that every property will receive a cash offer. When you ask us to explore a cash-sale option, information about you and the property may be shared with one or more third-party investors as reasonably necessary to evaluate or prepare a potential offer. Any purchase price, closing timeline, payment of closing costs, and other terms are governed by the written purchase agreement. You are not required to accept a cash offer or to list your property with Ready Realty.
